Register a payment for asynchronous verification
Verity-collected: send tx_signature as soon as the transaction is prepared/submitted, before payment_deadline; do not wait for finalization. Repeat with the same signature after timeouts. A different signature is accepted only after the previous attempt is proven invalid/failed and before cutoff. A late first receipt needs finalized block-time evidence of payment before cutoff; otherwise the verified payment is refund-only. Partner-collected: send an empty body to attest that this checkout was collected once; late attestations create a partner refund obligation. Never charge again on HTTP retries.
